Healthy Families of Fulton & Washington Counties
An Affiliate of Healthy Families America™
Healthy Families of Fulton and Washington Counties provides free, voluntary home visiting services that support parents, strengthen families, and promote healthy child development during pregnancy and early childhood.
Research shows that Healthy Families New York programs like ours benefit many families, from first-time parents to families with other children.
This program's primary goal is to identify the strengths and challenges that may arise prenatally or at birth, to provide appropriate information, care, resources, and referrals to help babies get off to a healthy start.
Some of our services include:
- Providing information on prenatal care, infant and child development, and child health.
- Helping families access community resources and services.
- Assessing children for developmental milestones.
- Connecting families with medical providers.
Who is eligible for Healthy Families?
